Meet the Founder
Welcome! I’m Morgan, the founder of Dreamability LLC. I started Dreamability because I saw a genuine need for community-based support that treats adults with disabilities exactly as they are: capable, valued, and deserving of respect.
Too often, services for adults can feel overly clinical or, conversely, too childish. My goal was to build a program that focuses on real-world life skills, genuine community integration, meaningful connections, and most importantly, having fun.
Whether it's practicing money management at a local coffee shop, making new friends at the zoo, or giving caregivers a much-needed respite break, Dreamability is built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to truly thrive in their community.

My Philosophy of Support
I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. My support is tailored to the interests, strengths, and goals of each individual. By getting out into the community, I help clients try new things, build confidence, and revisit favorite places.
I understand that when parents and guardians seek services, their primary concern is safety and respect. At Dreamability, you can trust that your loved one is in a secure, structured, yet incredibly fun environment where they are genuinely included.
